Berry Explosion Pizza with Cauliflower Crust

You all know what a huge fan I am of Caulipower, their pizza and mixes are a staple in our home!

As you prepare for Easter dinner, check out this amazing recipe for Berry Explosion Pizza using Caulipower crust.


1 CAULIPOWER Margherita Pizza

1 cup ricotta

rosemary (handful)

mint (handful)

sage (handful)

1 cup blackberries

1/2 cup toasted marcona almonds

2 tablespoon honey

salt and pepper (as desired)

Cooking Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Remove your CAULIPOWER Margherita Pizza crust from the box and the plastic wrapping, and place on a clean surface.

  3. Whip up the ricotta and honey and spread evenly on the pizza crust, top with all the ingredients. 

  4. Bake for 13-15 minutes.

  5. Remove from oven and serve.
