 Robin calls this The Holy Hour, 60 minutes at the beginning of your day that you devote to self-mastery and personal development. As an integral part of The Holy Hour, he advocates keeping a written plan and refreshing it regularly. “Research has found that the part of brain connected to writing is also connected to motor activity,” he said. “So by writing your goals, you are setting up the motor part of your brain to execute what is important to your life.”
