Ladies, we all want to look our best this summer spending time at the beach, celebrating at a wedding or a fun evening out. I have learned that keeping our shoulders strong not only will help us look fabulous in our wardrobe but really will support our overall upper body. 

Don't forget to work out your shoulders each week. This excellent article from Women's Health gives us the 5 basic moves that will put a little shape in our shoulders.
