My Mid-Day Green Drink 

The sound of a green detox drink is great but the reality is they dont always taste that great.  

While shooting videos one day with my dear friend and fellow wellness lover, Andrea Abenoza Filardi, @holistically loved, she made me a green drink that knocked my socks off.  I now make it for my husband and myself everyday usually around 4pm just when we need a little boost of energy to take us through the rest of the day. I am so excited to share it with you! 


Recipe and Instructions:

Add a handful of prewashed super greens (think Kale, spinach, red and green swiss chard, tat soi)The brand I normally by is by Organic Girl - Super Greens

1 handfull parsley

Juice of one lemon

1 red (will make it sweeter) or green apple

coconut water


Add a few chia seeds on top to get a dose of your good fat for the day
