I have heard so many people saying that every morning the first thing they do when they wake up is to drink a glass of warm water with lemon.  Models were saying this during interviews in fashion magazines, wellness experts were saying this,  and my friends who were trying to live a healthier lifestyle.  

I always attempted to commit to this routine but eventually the enthusiasm would fade and I would stop.  Over the past year I have made a commitment to drinking my lemon water and I feel such a difference, I encourage you to try it for 7 days and see how you feel:)
