Sugar, what can I say? It's definitely what I have spent the most time trying to remove from my daily diet. I know we all are, but it's been really tough for me because I really love it! 

I have spent so much time trying all kinds of sweeteners to replace sugar mostly because I didn't like the aftertaste that came with many of them. My favorite sweetener is Sweet Leaf Stevia. I use it in my Bullet Proof Coffee, dressings, recipes, and my daughter loves it in her tea.

It's definitely an effort to keep sugar out of our daily diet, but if you can find natural sugars that are better for our overall health and keep them limited, we will all be so much better for it.
