Why I love Hawaiian Spirulina

In the afternoon around 2pm when I need my second wind before picking up the kids from school, taking them to all of their afternoon activities and then home to prepare dinner and get them ready for bed I have a Lemonade made with Hawaiian Spirulina.  It gives me an amazing boost of energy to get me through the second part of my day.  The added benefits that I love is that it is a great source of protein and contains vitamin A, K1, K2, B12, Iron, manganese and magnesium.  It strengthens my immune system and cleanses my body of toxins.  And since I am all about hacking my brain…it is a great contributor to brain health.  

I have been taking spirulina for over a year now and I can’t live without it.

When we have parties or get togethers at home with friends I love to add it in to my husbands famous Guacamole!
